Q: How long is shipping?
A: Processing takes 1-2 days depending on the time you placed your order and shipping takes 2-3 days. You should expect your package within 3-5 days of your purchase.
Q: How many bundles should i get?
A: For lengths 10"-20" , I suggest 3 bundles. For lengths longer than 20", 4 bundles are HIGHLY recommended.
Q: What is the difference between 4x4, 5x5, and 6x6 closures?
A: 4x4 closures are the standard size closures with very limited parting space without any pre-plucking. 5x5 and 6x6 closures come pre-plucked with more parting space as the dimensions get bigger.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes, returns are accepted. Hair must be in its original packaging and bundle wrap must still be in tact. Once hair is received, your money will be deposited back to your account within 5-10 days depending on your bank. Exchanges are not accepted.
